قابلني ببسمة

وطيبة ولهفة

تحدثنا عن ايام الغربة

والشوق والأحوال وطالت السهرة

تبسم وباح بكل مجاملة

غادرت وتركت له بصمة

وثقت به كل الثقة

فغدر بالوفاء واهداني كم طعنة

نقل اخبارى واظهر قناع الخدعة

كسر الخواطر بوجه حمل واخفى دهاء ثعلب بالفطرة.

خسارة لتلك الصحبة وخيانة المحبة.

Meet me with a smile

And kind and eager

We talked about the days of alienation

And longing and conditions and the evening lasted

Smile and bark with courtesy

I left and left an imprint on him

I trusted him completely

So he betrayed loyalty and gave me a few stab wounds
