العالم هذا الصباح.. مجلس الأمن يدعو إلى هدنة فورية وغير مشروطة في غزة.. مصادر فى الجيش السورى: إنزال عسكرى إسرائيلى قرب دمشق.. أوكرانيا حصلت خلال 3 سنوات على ضعف ما نالته المجر خلال 20 عاما من الاتحاد الأوروبي
تحيز الولايات المتحدة الصارخ لحرب الإبادة التى تشنها إسرائيل على قطاع غزة يظهر مجددا فى جلسة مجلس الأمن مساء الأربعاء، ودولة الاحتلال تواصل انتهاك الأراضى السورية دون رادع، والمجر تتهم كييف بتلقيها أموال من الاتحاد الأوروبى تفوق ما تلقته المجر خلال 20 عاما.
دعا جميع أعضاء مجلس الأمن الدولي التابع للأمم المتحدة، باستثناء الولايات المتحدة، الأربعاء، إلى وقف فوري ودائم وغير مشروط لإطلاق النار في غزة، والإفراج عن المحتجزين لدى حركة حماس، وزيادة المساعدات بشكل كبير في أنحاء القطاع.
وقال أعضاء المجلس، وعددهم 14، في بيان مشترك إن المجاعة في غزة “أزمة من صنع البشر”، وحذروا من أن استخدام التجويع سلاحاً في الحرب محظور بموجب القانون الدولي الإنساني. ودعوا إسرائيل إلى رفع جميع القيود المفروضة على إيصال المساعدات فوراً ودون شروط.
وكان نظام التصنيف المرحلي المتكامل للأمن الغذائي قال الجمعة، إن 514 ألف شخص، أي ما يقرب من ربع الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة، يعانون من المجاعة وإن من المتوقع ارتفاع العدد إلى 641 ألفاً بحلول نهاية سبتمبر.
قال مصدران بالجيش السوري لـ”رويترز”، ليل الأربعاء، إن وحدة من الجيش الإسرائيلي نفذت إنزالا جويا على منطقة استراتيجية مرتفعة جنوب غربي دمشق، ونفذت عملية استمرت ساعتين قبل أن تغادر المنطقة.
وأضاف المصدران أن الإنزال جرى قرب جبل المانع، الذي كان في السابق موقعا لقاعدة رئيسية للدفاع الجوي تشغلها إيران، لكن إسرائيل دمرتها قبيل سقوط حكم بشار الأسد.
ويتمركز عدد من قوات الجيش السوري الجديد في القاعدة.
تأتي العملية تزامنا مع غارات إسرائيلية على مواقع عسكرية سورية، الأربعاء، وذلك في ثاني هجوم خلال 24 ساعة.
وقال مصدران بالجيش السوري وقناة الإخبارية التلفزيونية، إن إسرائيل شنت الأربعاء سلسلة غارات على ثكنات عسكرية سابقة في الكسوة، بريف دمشق الجنوبي الغربي.
صرح فلاديمير زيلينسكي أن الوفد الأوكراني برئاسة مدير مكتبه أندريه يرماك سيزور الولايات المتحدة الجمعة لمناقشة الضمانات الأمنية لأوكرانيا.
وقال زيلينسكي في كلمة مصورة عبر قناته على “تلجرام”: “غدا، ستُعقد اجتماعات في سويسرا، ويوم الجمعة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية”.
وأضاف: “ستعقد اجتماعات مع فريق الرئيس دونالد ترامب. سيشارك في هذه الاجتماعات كل من يعمل على الضمانات الأمنية، بما في ذلك الجوانب العسكرية والسياسية والاقتصادية”.
وفي وقت سابق أفادت “بلومبرغ” نقلا عن مصادر، بأن يرماك ووزير الأمن القومي والدفاع الأوكراني رستم عميروف، سيتوجهان إلى الولايات المتحدة هذا الأسبوع لإجراء محادثات مع الممثل الخاص للرئيس الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف، ومن المرجح أن يناقشا اللقاء المحتمل بين الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين وزيلينسكي.
لاحقا، أفادت وسائل إعلام أوكرانية بأن الوفد الأوكراني سيضم أيضا نائب وزير الخارجية سيرغي كيسليتسيا.
الأوروبي…
ذكرت صحيفة “ماجيار نمزيت” الأربعاء، أن أوكرانيا حصلت خلال 3 سنوات على ضعف ما حصلت عليه المجر من أموال الاتحاد الأوروبي خلال 20 عاما.
وأكد الصحيفة استنادا إلى تحليل لتقرير المفوضية الأوروبية، أنه منذ 24 فبراير 2022، حصلت أوكرانيا على ما مجموعه 168.9 مليار يورو من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
وأشارت إلى أنه أُنفق 59.6 مليار يورو من هذا المبلغ على الأسلحة.
ووفقا للبيانات نفسها، منذ انضمامها إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي عام 2004، حصلت هنغاريا على ما مجموعه 90.2 مليار يورو من أموال الاتحاد الأوروبي.
وبحسب الصحيفة، فإن هذا الوضع “مثير للدهشة لا سيما وأن هنغاريا عضو كامل العضوية في الاتحاد الأوروبي، بينما لم تستوف أوكرانيا حتى معايير الترشح”.
وأكدت الصحيفة: “رغم سعي الاتحاد الأوروبي لتسريع انضمام أوكرانيا إلى الاتحاد، إلا أن الحقيقة هي أن أوكرانيا من أكثر الدول فسادا، ولا تلتزم حتى بالمبادئ الأساسية كضمان حقوق الأقليات”.
وصرح رئيس الوزراء المجرى فيكتور أوربان في ديسمبر 2024 أن أوروبا والولايات المتحدة أنفقتا ما مجموعه 310 مليارات يورو على أوكرانيا، وهو مبلغ “مرعب”. مشيرا إلى أنه لو استُثمرت هذه الأموال في الاقتصاد الأوروبي، لكان الأوروبيون يعيشون حياة أفضل بكثير اليوم، ولكان من الممكن “صنع المعجزات”، لكن هذه الأموال “تبخرت”.
Morning: UN Security Council Calls for Immediate, Unconditional Ceasefire in Gaza; Syrian Army Reports Israeli Airborne Operation Near Damascus; Ukraine Receives Double the EU Funds Compared to Hungary in 20 Years
The blatant U.S. bias in favor of Israel’s ongoing genocidal war on Gaza was once again evident during the UN Security Council session on Wednesday, while the Israeli occupation continues to violate Syrian territory with impunity. Meanwhile, Hungary accuses Kyiv of receiving more EU funds than it did over two decades.
All members of the United Nations Security Council, except the United States, on Wednesday called for an immediate, permanent, and unconditional ceasefire in Gaza, the release of those held by Hamas, and a significant increase in aid across the territory.
The 14 members of the Council, in a joint statement, described the famine in Gaza as a “man-made crisis” and warned that using starvation as a weapon in war is prohibited under international humanitarian law. They urged Israel to lift all restrictions on the delivery of aid immediately and without conditions.
The Integrated Phase Classification for Food Security had reported on Friday that 514,000 people—nearly a quarter of Palestinians in Gaza—are experiencing famine, and that number is expected to rise to 641,000 by the end of September.
Two Syrian army sources told Reuters on Wednesday night that an Israeli army unit conducted an airborne landing in a strategic elevated area southwest of Damascus, carrying out a two-hour operation before leaving the site.
The sources added that the landing took place near Mount Al-Manae, previously the site of a major Iranian-operated air defense base destroyed by Israel prior to Bashar al-Assad’s rule. Some units of the new Syrian army are now stationed at the base.
The operation coincided with Israeli airstrikes on Syrian military positions on Wednesday, marking the second attack in 24 hours.
Two Syrian army sources and a state TV channel reported that Israel conducted a series of airstrikes on former military barracks in Al-Kiswah, southwest of Damascus.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Ukrainian delegation, headed by his chief of staff Andriy Yermak, will visit the United States on Friday to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine.
In a video message shared on his Telegram channel, Zelensky said: “Tomorrow, meetings will be held in Switzerland, and on Friday in the United States of America.”
He added, “Meetings will take place with President Donald Trump’s team. Everyone involved in security guarantees, including military, political, and economic aspects, will participate.”
Earlier, Bloomberg reported, citing sources, that Yermak and Ukrainian Defense and National Security Minister Rustem Umerov will head to the U.S. this week for talks with the U.S. special presidential representative Steve Witkoff, likely discussing a potential meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Zelensky.
Later, Ukrainian media reported that the delegation will also include Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsya.
Europe
Hungarian newspaper Magyar Nemzet reported on Wednesday that Ukraine has received, over three years, double the amount Hungary received from the European Union over twenty years.
According to the newspaper, based on analysis of a European Commission report, since February 24, 2022, Ukraine has received a total of €168.9 billion from the EU, of which €59.6 billion was spent on weapons.
Since joining the EU in 2004, Hungary has received a total of €90.2 billion from EU funds.
The newspaper described the situation as “astonishing, especially since Hungary is a full EU member while Ukraine has not even met candidacy criteria.”
It added: “Although the EU seeks to accelerate Ukraine’s accession, the truth is that Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries and does not even uphold basic principles such as minority rights.”
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán stated in December 2024 that Europe and the United States have spent a total of €310 billion on Ukraine, calling the amount “staggering.” He noted that if these funds had been invested in the European economy, Europeans would have lived much better lives today, and “miracles could have been achie
ved,” but the money “has evaporated.”
